  • When you arrive at the studio, check in with the front desk. The staff will help you sign in, give you a tour of the studio, and help you set up for class. During class, you will have the support of a skilled instructor every step of the way. Be sure to come well hydrated, bring your mat and a water bottle!

  • Most of our classes are accessible to every yogi – beginner to advanced. However, if you are brand new we suggest trying a combination of podBASICS, podFLOW 1, podFIT, podHOT, Buti, and YIN. Classes provide many pose modifications to fit each person’s unique abilities. We encourage you to honor your body…each class will bring increased confidence, so go at your own pace and have fun!

  • We hear this often, in fact it’s typically the #1 reason people say they can’t do yoga. We say, come to yoga to gain flexibility both in body and mind.

  • Yes we do! We make it super easy to start your day with yoga, shower and get ready for what’s next … or come straight from work and change into your comfy yoga clothes.

  • We have both heated and non-heated classes. Ashtanga and podFLOW 3 are warmed while podFLOW 2 and podHOT are heated. All other classes on the schedule are not heated.

  • Yes. We do require booking your classes in advance. We limit the number of mat spaces and classes fill up quickly.

  • We appreciate a courtesy call or cancelation through the app at any point prior to class beginning. We do not charge a late cancel or no show fee because we trust all of our students to be respectful of studio space and other students practice.

  • Mindbody will automatically move you from the waitlist to class if a space opens up. You will be notified via email and text message (must be opt-ed in). Please confirm with us that you can still attend by texting back a “Y”!

  • There are currently no state or county covid protocols in place. We always follow state and county guidelines when they are listed. On a daily basis we have strict cleaning and sanitization protocols in place as well as a state of the art HVAC and filtration system.

  • Please contact us at and we will process your request. You must contact us 3-5 business days before your billing date or we cannot guarantee you won’t be charge your next membership fee.
